The ’Find health facility’ feature is only for signposting to the nearest hospitals. We have mapped all the government hospitals using publically available data. Any failure of services or facilities at these hospitals or any damages such as injury, death, loss of property are not the responsibility of the developers or promoters of the app.
Please note that Vann Aarogya will invite users to participate, if you chose to do so voluntarily, in survey questionnaires (“Questionnaires, Surveys and Studies”) organized by Vann Aarogya or third parties, such as associations or organizations of any type or in conjunction with Vann Aarogya with one or more third parties, in order to mine data and findings that advance research. These terms and conditions for the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
As the user of the Service, you must comply with both the terms and condition and Service terms and conditions as these apply to the use of services that you access and use through this application. Any violation of these terms and conditions or the Service terms and conditions may result in the termination of your access to the Application and/or the Service. Vann Aarogya App is for your own personal use only. Any commercial use will result in termination of your access to the app and service. You cannot distribute or copy or modify any part of it in any way. You must not attempt to extract any source code from the Application, disassemble it or make any derivative versions, or attempt to interrupt or decipher the transmissions between the Application and our systems.
WCT does not object to the users of Vann Aarogya application linking directly to the information that is hosted on its site, however, an express written consent for displaying any material on this hyperlink shall remain with WCT.
Material featured on the application may be reproduced free of charge after taking proper permission by sending an email to us. However, the material has to be reproduced accurately and not to be used in a derogatory manner or in a misleading context. Wherever the material is being published or issued to others, the source must be prominently acknowledged. However, the permission to reproduce this material shall not extend to any material which is identified as being copyright of a third party. Authorization to reproduce such material must be obtained from the departments/copyright holders concerned.

OWNERSHIP OF THE SERVICES Vann Aarogya Application, its content and all copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it belongs to WCT. The contents of the Services include: designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files, computer code, and other content. All Vann Aarogya Content and the compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all the Content are the property of WCT, and are protected under copyright. For this reason, the User shall refrain from reproducing, adapting, combining or integrating into other applications, arranging or otherwise handling or transforming, and from publicly communicating or publishing the Vann Aarogya Content. WCT is committed to respecting the rights of industrial and intellectual property of others and expects Users to act in a similar manner. WCT reserves the right to use anonymous contributions made by all Users in the testimonial area, or post on the Service, in order to promote the Services offered through the Website by, but not limited to, the insertion of advertisements in different media or publishing books.
